About Awaaz

Hamari Maangein Puri Karo— “Fulfil our demands.” Awaaz was born at the protest sites of 2026: a single place to raise civic demands, rally votes behind them, and make ground support radically accountable.

We are

✓ A civic-technology platform — infrastructure for lawful, peaceful civic expression and mutual aid.
✓ A business — transparent about charging for memberships and boosts, like any SaaS.
✓ Issue-agnostic — any lawful civic demand can be a campaign: education, environment, fuel policy, your street.

We are not

✗ A charity, NGO, or fundraiser. We do not collect donations for third parties. No money “for the students” ever touches our accounts.
✗ Affiliated with any political party, protest organisation, or government body.
✗ A cash-handling intermediary. Volunteers handle goods, never cash, on the platform's behalf.
✗ An organiser of protests. We host user speech and coordinate voluntary mutual aid; users are responsible for complying with law and local police directions.

Radical accountability is the product

Every supply item at every zone is logged in and out on a public ledger. Every rupee of platform revenue is summarised monthly, in public. Boosts are labelled and never touch leaderboard rank. At a moment when trust is the scarcest resource on the ground, we’d rather over-disclose than be doubted.
